Returns and Refund Policy
We cannot accept returns on custom products. If there is an issue with your custom product order, please contact us at customerservice@racerscloset.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
For stock (non-custom) items (gloves, shoes, off-the-shelf suits, and helmets) we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We will exchange the item or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. Returns may be subject to up to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@racerscloset.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
