How to order custom items
Ordering custom gear through Racers Closet is easy.
- Add the item(s) to the cart and checkout. No need to select designs, colors, sizes at this step, we'll get all of that from you later.
- Once your order is processed you'll receive an email from us with instructions for completing the custom order.
- Provide your measurements, design choices, colors, vector logo files and options choices through the convenient online form included in the email. We'll provide you some additional information to help you make design choices and will be available to answer questions and guide you through the process.
- Review and approve your proofs. We'll work to turn around design proofs of your custom items as quickly as possible. 3 revisions are included with every order. In the rare case you want more, a $25 fee will apply to each additional.
- We start production of your items and you sit back and wait for your awesome designs to finish production and get shipped. Production and shipping times can vary. Allow 5-8 weeks in most cases.
