2011 Mustang Boss 302S Clone

Well documented, meticulously maintained, 2011 Ford Mustang GT Race Build. This car started its life as a 2011 GT but has had virtually every upgrade, and them some, to bring it into spec with the Boss 302S factory built race cars; including transmission, rear end and driveshaft upgrades using the Ford Racing parts from the 302S. The engine sports the 302 intake on the original Coyote engine.

It was purchased as a low mileage, clean title car in 2013 by the original builder. The car reportedly had 28,694 miles at the time of the original conversion from a street to track car. Over $80K was invested to make it into the track weapon it is today. While it was built to be a competitive race car, it has never been raced wheel to wheel. All three owners have been members of The Club at Putnam Park and the car has been used exclusively for lapping days and has fewer than 500 track miles since the build.

Capaldi Racing was responsible for the original build. Capaldi is one of the most well respected builders in the country. Later updates were done by Bill Estes Ford and Raymond Performance. A complete list is included below.

The car is freshly serviced (fluids, plugs, coils, brake pads and rotors) and ready to take the track. Wheel to wheel racing would likely require replacement of SFI items with expiration dates. I do plan to continue to use the car for the occasional track day until it sells. Life of the consumables may change, but I always maintain the car at the highest level and will continue to replace wear items and service the car as needed.

Just replaced the crankshaft position sensor and had compression and leak down tests performed while it was in the shop. Both checked good as detailed below.

Compression Test results: Cyl.1=156psi, Cyl.2=160psi, Cyl.3=157psi, Cyl.4=160psi, Cyl.5=160psi, Cyl.6=159psi, Cyl.7=158psi, Cyl.8=160psi.

Cylinder Leak Down Test results: Cyl.1=1.1%, Cyl.2=2.1%, Cyl.3=3.2%, Cyl.4=2.1%, Cyl.5=3.2%, Cyl.6=2.1%, Cyl.7=2.1%, Cyl.8=1.0%

VIN: 1ZVPB8CF0B5100766. The car is street legal and has a clean Indiana title in my name. It is not currently registered as it is strictly used for track days.

It is stored at Putnam Park and is available for viewing during most member club days. I can be reached at 317-874-8258 with any questions or to arrange viewing.
